Role Overview
Summer Hospitality is hiring Restaurant Managers and Assistant Managers to oversee fine-dining service and day-to-day restaurant operations in Dubai. These roles combine hands-on team leadership with attention to guest experience, service consistency, and the restaurant’s operational and financial performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, coordinating front-of-house service to keep shifts running smoothly.
- Lead, coach, and motivate restaurant staff, reinforcing service standards and supporting their development.
- Address guest needs with care and attention to detail, helping deliver a polished dining experience.
- Track operational results and financial targets, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and control costs.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, and other required operating standards.
- Work closely with kitchen, service, and management teams to resolve operational issues and improve coordination.
- Contribute to staff scheduling, performance management, and planning for restaurant operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Three to five years of experience in a comparable restaurant management role.
- Essential: prior experience in fine dining operations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-management abilities.
- Sound understanding of restaurant operations and high-quality service standards.
- Knowledge of restaurant financial performance and cost management.
- Previous hospitality experience in Dubai is an advantage.
