Description:

Allstate is seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant Senior Associate to provide high-level administrative support to multiple senior managers. This remote role involves working closely with two directors, managing schedules, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling expense reporting while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

The role requires strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in administrative tools and software. The selected candidate will also assist in preparing presentations, managing communications, and supporting workflow improvements within the department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to two directors, including calendar and scheduling management.

• Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports using Concur.

• Prepare presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Manage meeting scheduling and daily administrative tasks.

• Gather, organize, and summarize information for reporting and decision-making.

• Support multiple ongoing administrative demands in a fast-paced environment.

• Identify and suggest process improvements for operational efficiency.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED (Preferred).

• 0–2 years of administrative experience (Preferred).

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Concur Expense systems.

• Excellent communication and detail-oriented mindset.

• Ability to manage scheduling, travel planning, and office coordination.

• Strong knowledge of:

 • Calendar and schedule management
