  • Assist with project documentation, including drafting activity reports, writing meeting minutes, and preparing inputs for donor reports according to required formats and deadlines.
  • Carry out environmental scanning and desk research to gather up-to-date information on public finance accountability issues, helping inform project design, reviews, and implementation.
  • Act as a point of contact for programme stakeholders, managing timely communication through email, phone, and written correspondence to support effective information exchange.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive contact database of project partners, including donors, policymakers, civil society organisations, and other relevant actors.
  • Support TI-Kenya’s social media presence by posting relevant content in line with the organisation’s social media policy and contributing to online conversations on corruption and governance.
  • Work with the Communications team to help plan and participate in media engagements that highlight corruption issues related to the programme’s technical focus areas.
  • Contribute to broader team objectives by taking on additional tasks as needed and supporting cross-cutting programme activities.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Law, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and research abilities, with a genuine curiosity to learn and apply new knowledge.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • High level of organisation, initiative, and a demonstrated commitment to good governance and anti-corruption work.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and strong attention to detail are considered advantageous.
