Leads Freight LLC is currently expanding its team and is seeking a motivated and target-driven Telesales Executive to join its Dubai operations, based in Al Qusais Industrial Area 4. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a confident sales professional who is eager to build a successful career in the logistics and freight industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound sales calls to potential customers and generate new business leads
- Identify customer needs and present suitable logistics service solutions
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and potential sales opportunities
- Meet and exceed assigned sales targets on a consistent basis
- Coordinate closely with the internal sales and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery
Requirements:
- Strong verbal communication and persuasive negotiation skills
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or customer service roles is preferred
- Ability to manage time effectively and work under pressure to achieve targets
