Jobright.ai is looking for an AI Data Annotator – Entry Level to help improve the quality, accuracy, and usefulness of data used in AI-powered job search products. This role is suitable for detail-oriented individuals who are interested in artificial intelligence, data quality, and technology-driven solutions.
The successful candidate will review and label text-based and structured data, evaluate AI-generated content, follow annotation guidelines, and contribute to improving AI systems. This remote opportunity requires strong attention to detail, independent work skills, and the ability to maintain accuracy while handling repetitive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, categorize, and annotate text-based and structured data.
• Apply detailed labeling guidelines consistently and accurately.
• Evaluate AI-generated content for relevance, quality, and policy alignment.
• Identify unclear examples, edge cases, and recurring data quality issues.
• Document annotation decisions and provide feedback on guidelines.
• Participate in quality reviews and assist in resolving labeling disagreements.
• Maintain accuracy and productivity standards in a remote work environment.
Requirements:
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
• Clear written communication and good judgment.
• Comfortable working with repetitive and detail-focused tasks.
• Basic proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based tools.
• Ability to manage time independently while working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, certification, or equivalent experience preferred.
• Previous experience in annotation, content review, research, or data entry is preferred.
• Familiarity with AI, language models, job-search data, or taxonomy work is a plus.
• Experience working with quality metrics or structured review processes is preferred.
