IMEX Cargo LLC is expanding its logistics team in Dubai and is looking for an experienced Pricing Executive – Logistics to support its freight operations. This opportunity is suitable for professionals with strong knowledge of the UAE logistics market and experience in freight pricing and vendor coordination.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing shipment pricing, analyzing margins, maintaining competitive freight rates, and coordinating with internal teams and external vendors. Candidates with strong market knowledge, attention to detail, and excellent pricing abilities are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare pricing for Air, Sea, Land, and Courier shipments.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and vendors to develop accurate quotations.
• Analyze profit margins and support pricing strategies.
• Maintain and update pricing databases and freight rate records.
• Monitor market trends to ensure competitive pricing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with logistics vendors.
• Ensure freight rates and quotations are accurate and updated.
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the Dubai/UAE logistics market.
• Strong understanding of freight forwarding and logistics operations.
• Experience handling pricing for different shipment modes including Air, Sea, Land, and Courier.
• Good knowledge of UAE freight market conditions.
• Strong vendor coordination and relationship management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and pricing analysis abilities.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Freight forwarding pricing procedures
• UAE logistics market and vendor rates
• Margin analysis and quotation management
