Role Purpose
We are seeking a commercially sharp and technically minded Solar Sales Representative to accelerate the adoption of renewable energy solutions. Your primary goal is to guide residential and commercial clients through their transition to clean power by offering consultative, data-driven expertise. This role bridges the gap between field sales and digital marketing; you will actively prospect clients through traditional site visits while simultaneously creating educational online video content to build brand trust. If you are target-driven, understand solar technical specs (panels, inverters), and can clearly articulate financial ROI to clients, this role is for you.
Key Areas of Responsibility
Lead Acquisition & Digital Marketing

Proactively scout and qualify residential and commercial leads through networking, targeted cold calling, and strategic field visits.

Participate actively in online video marketing by planning and producing two professional informational videos periodically covering product features, solar pricing, installation workflows, and customer testimonials.

Leverage social media and digital channels to foster consumer education and establish industry authority.
Technical Assessment & Consultative Sales

Conduct physical site visits to evaluate client properties, analyze current energy usage metrics, and recommend optimal solar grid sizes.

Deliver technical sales presentations that highlight long-term utility cost savings, environmental impacts, and precise Return on Investment () timelines.

Draft customized technical proposals, design cost estimates, and negotiate contract terms to secure new business.
Relationship Management & Delivery

Serve as the single point of contact for clients from the initial sales pitch through the installation phase.

Coordinate with technical engineering teams to ensure post-sales installation alignments match customer expectations.

Provide proactive after-sales support to secure referrals and maintain high customer satisfaction metrics.

Maintain absolute discipline in hitting monthly, quarterly, and annual sales volume targets.
Requirements & Skills
Minimum Criteria

Education: Minimum of a Diploma in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 2+ years of active mid-level sales experience, preferably in solar energy, electrical systems, or technical B2B/B2C environments.

Communication: Exceptional command of English, with the capacity to explain technical electrical concepts in simple terms.

Digital Literacy: Comfortable appearing on camera and utilizing basic tools to create engaging marketing or educational videos.

Technical Savvy: Good foundational knowledge of solar panels, batteries, inverters, and basic structural load configurations.
