Key Responsibilities:
• Provide specialized educational support to students with special educational needs
• Develop and implement individualized learning strategies and interventions
• Deliver engaging lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate educational records
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development
• Adapt teaching materials and classroom activities to meet diverse learning needs
• Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment
• Participate in school activities, meetings, and professional development programs
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Special Education
• B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification preferred
• Experience teaching within the CBSE curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good IT and educational technology skills
• Commitment to inclusive education and student achievement
• Creative, student-centered, and adaptable teaching approach
• UAE teaching experience preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates currently residing in Sharjah or Ajman will be given preference
• Strong knowledge of:
• Special education methodologies and best practices
• CBSE curriculum standards and requirements
• Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Classroom management and student support strategies
• Educational assessment and progress monitoring
• Learning support technologies and digital teaching tools
