A reputable organization is seeking an experienced Quality Engineer specializing in façade solutions to join its team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. This position is ideal for professionals with a strong background in QA/QC for civil construction or aluminium and glass façade projects.
The selected candidate will oversee quality assurance and quality control activities, ensuring that all project work complies with required specifications, industry standards, and client expectations. Candidates currently based in the UAE or with previous UAE experience will be given preference.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage QA/QC activities for civil construction and façade projects.
• Conduct inspections, quality audits, and routine quality checks.
• Identify non-conformities (NCRs) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Prepare inspection reports, testing records, and quality documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate with site, estimation, and project teams to maintain quality standards.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and project stakeholders regarding quality matters.
• Conduct quality training sessions and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of experience in QA/QC within civil construction or aluminium and glass façade projects.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline.
• Previous UAE experience or current UAE residency is preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance processes, inspections, and documentation.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
