We are hiring Security Monitoring Operators to support real-time surveillance operations for international clients. This role involves monitoring CCTV systems, identifying incidents, and responding in accordance with established protocols.
You will play a critical role in ensuring safety, security, and rapid response through continuous system monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor live CCTV feeds and surveillance systems
- Detect and report incidents in real time
- Maintain accurate logs and incident reports
- Escalate issues according to defined protocols
- Coordinate with internal teams during alerts or system failures
- Ensure strict adherence to security and confidentiality standards
Requirements
- Experience in CCTV monitoring, security operations, or surveillance systems preferred
- Background in security, military, police, or control room operations is an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay alert for extended periods
- Good written and verbal English communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office and monitoring systems)
- Ability to work night shifts consistently
