You will be the operational backbone of our Salesforce environment, working alongside Sales, Marketing, Service, and Finance teams to keep everyday workflows running smoothly and strategically aligned with our SaaS growth. On a typical day, you’ll be troubleshooting user issues, automating processes with Flow, configuring CPQ logic, and turning business needs into reliable system improvements. Your work directly determines how well our teams can adopt Salesforce, trust their data, and scale their operations without friction.

- Investigate and resolve system issues, build custom reports and dashboards, and keep documentation current so that configurations and processes remain transparent and maintainable.
- Run requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders, translate business needs into technical specifications, and configure Salesforce to support custom applications and streamlined workflows.
- Administer and customize Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Knowledge, and Community applications, including user access management, data imports, deduplication, cleansing, and process automation using Flow.
- Lead CPQ-related initiatives, configuring and optimizing quotes, products, pricing, contracts, orders, and related objects to keep pace with evolving SaaS business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute project deliverables, researching native features and managed packages to identify solutions that meet strategic objectives.
- Support integrations with internal and external systems, including third-party tools like DocuSign and Conga, to extend Salesforce capabilities and improve end-to-end processes.
- Occasionally travel domestically for team meetings, customer events, industry conferences, or training, using air travel, ground transportation, or public transit as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- At least 2 years working in Salesforce, including 1+ years focused specifically on CPQ configuration and administration.
- Strong functional business analysis experience, especially gathering requirements and defining clear, actionable specifications.
- Hands-on experience with Flow and third-party CPQ-related applications such as DocuSign and Conga.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce reporting, dashboards, and data visualization techniques, with a focus on accuracy and clarity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver end-user training and create user-friendly documentation.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills, particularly when working through complex logic challenges in a fast-moving environment.
- Ability to manage competing priorities, keep multiple project deliverables moving, and partner effectively with cross-functional teams.
- High school diploma or equivalent combination of experience, education, or training; relevant non-traditional programs or certifications are welcome.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools including Teams and Excel, plus the ability to quickly learn new applications.
- Nice-to-have: SOQL experience, PEO/ASO/HCM domain knowledge, active Trailblazer Community membership, and familiarity with Apex, Visualforce, or Lightning/Aura components.
