Position Title: Sales Supervisor (ISP)

The Objective

We are looking for a strategic and high-energy Sales Supervisor to lead our sales division toward market dominance. In this role, you will be the driving force behind a team of sales executives, responsible for both motivating your staff and securing high-value corporate accounts. Your mandate involves identifying emerging market trends, optimizing sales territories, and closing complex B2B contracts. Success in this position requires a blend of leadership maturity and a relentless drive to exceed sales targets within the competitive ISP landscape.

Key Accountability Areas

Team Leadership & Performance Governance

  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve peak productivity.

  • Assign specific sales territories and daily activities to ensure comprehensive market coverage.

  • Conduct regular performance reviews and sales meetings to track progress against established KPIs.

  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and continuous training of new sales personnel.

Strategic B2B Acquisition & Growth

  • Lead the acquisition of corporate clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in target sectors.

  • Conduct high-level presentations and negotiations to secure long-term service contracts.

  • Implement effective sales strategies designed to rapidly grow the subscriber base.

  • Analyze competitor activities and market trends to recommend pricing adjustments and promotional tactics.

Market Development & Client Retention

  • Identify new market segments and conduct field intelligence gathering to stay ahead of industry shifts.

  • Strengthen brand visibility through coordinated promotional activities and market development initiatives.

  • Ensure a premium customer experience during the sales cycle to foster long-term client retention.

  • Act as the escalation point for complex client issues, ensuring professional resolution and service continuity.

Candidate Specifications

  • Education: Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Domain Expertise: At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or Team Lead specifically within an ISP or internet-related company.
