Position: Sales Representative (Synthetic Hair)

Primary Mandate

We are seeking high-impact Sales Representatives to dominate the synthetic hair market within the Nyanza region. Your objective is to drive revenue by aggressively onboarding new distribution channels—ranging from high-end salons and cosmetic stores to large-scale wholesalers and supermarkets. You will act as the face of the brand, combining technical product demonstrations with strategic relationship management to ensure our products are the first choice for both retailers and stylists. This role demands a self-driven "hunter" who thrives on meeting targets and possesses a deep understanding of the local beauty landscape.

Core Workstreams

Business Development & Channel Growth

  • Identify and prospect high-potential clients to expand the brand's footprint across Nyanza.

  • Lead end-to-end sales cycles, from initial product presentations and sampling to closing wholesale contracts.

  • Execute consistent market visits to ensure maximum brand visibility and product movement.

  • Achieve and exceed rigorous monthly and quarterly sales quotas through proactive territory management.

Relationship Management & Market Intelligence

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with salon owners and beauty retailers to drive consistent repeat orders.

  • Act as a market consultant, gathering data on competitor pricing, shifting trends, and customer preferences.

  • Provide comprehensive after-sales support, resolving client concerns swiftly to maintain brand loyalty.

  • Prepare data-driven weekly reports that provide insights into market dynamics and growth opportunities.

Merchandising & Brand Activation

  • Oversee on-site merchandising to ensure our products are displayed prominently and attractively in all retail outlets.

  • Coordinate and execute in-store promotions, product launches, and community activations.

  • Conduct live product demonstrations to educate stylists and retailers on the unique selling points of our synthetic hair line.

Expertise Profile
