Job Purpose
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, converting prospects into signed agreements, and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants. The role requires a target-driven and self-motivated individual who can work independently while supporting overall business growth within the property management portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through networking, referrals, and field prospecting
- Follow up with prospective landlords and tenants and convert them into signed agreements
- Present and promote property management services to potential clients
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with property management and marketing teams to achieve sales targets
- Provide regular updates on sales pipeline and performance
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and agreements
Minimum Requirements
- KCSE minimum grade C (Plain)
- Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field
- Prior experience in a similar position within a property management company will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and results-focused
