Position Context

We are seeking an energetic, target-driven Sales Representative to accelerate territory distribution and merchant acquisition for our beauty and personal care lines. Your primary objective is to penetrate retail markets, actively pitching product benefits to secure long-term purchase commitments from cosmetic hubs, wholesalers, beauty salons, and pharmacies. This position bridges high-velocity field prospecting with strategic account care; you will manage everything from daily route mapping and competitor pricing analysis to point-of-sale merchandising and revenue expansion. The role calls for an ambitious commercial individual with a strong footprint in the local beauty ecosystem who can translate product features into high-volume client orders.

Operational Functions

Merchant Acquisition & Revenue Growth

  • Drive consistent achievement of assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales volume and revenue targets within the territory.
  • Conduct methodical route visits to recruit cosmetic shops, retail outlets, pharmacies, and high-traffic beauty salons into the distribution network.
  • Pitch the commercial benefits, wholesale profit margins, and unique formulations of the cosmetics portfolio to prospective stockists.
  • Structure and nurture an active B2B sales pipeline through continuous cold calling, territory mapping, and community networking.

Strategic Account Care & Consultative Selling

  • Cultivate and protect reliable supply partnerships with current retail store owners and salon directors to ensure high repeat purchase rates.
  • Evaluate specific customer inventory needs fluidly, providing tailored product recommendations that align with local consumer trends.
  • Investigate and settle client delivery errors or quality feedback quickly, keeping retail account satisfaction rankings high.

Territory Promotion & Brand Visibility

  • Execute consistent field merchandising sweeps, maximizing product display priority and shelf visibility inside stockist locations.
  • Direct local pop-up activations, product sampling sessions, and educational workshops to highlight cosmetic features and use patterns.
  • Track competitor product launches, discount changes, and marketing campaigns, providing rapid strategic insights to internal management teams.

Transactional Integrity & Activity Logistics

  • Compile exact logs detailing customer contact parameters, delivery requirements, transaction values, and market sentiment trends.
  • Generate comprehensive weekly sales progress summaries and monthly territory performance maps for leadership evaluation.
  • Coordinate client order volumes directly with logistics personnel to ensure flawless product packaging and punctual doorstep dispatch.
