Key Performance Areas
Revenue Generation & Market Expansion

Actively promote and sell a comprehensive range of auto spare parts to both retail outlets and wholesale distributors.

Execute aggressive prospecting strategies to convert cold leads into consistent, loyal accounts.

Maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and achievement of monthly revenue targets.

Identify emerging market opportunities and translate them into actionable sales leads.
Client Relations & Service Excellence

Build and nurture enduring professional relationships with a diverse client base across Nairobi.

Facilitate the order-taking process and collaborate closely with the logistics team to ensure prompt delivery and customer satisfaction.

Act as a brand ambassador, keeping clients informed of new product arrivals, seasonal promotions, and volume discounts.

Provide professional after-sales support to ensure high levels of client retention.
Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor competitor activities and pricing shifts to maintain the company’s competitive edge.

Gather and report field insights regarding customer preferences and market demands to the management team.

Track individual sales metrics and provide regular updates on target progression and market challenges.
Required Skills & Experience
Professional Background

Education: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or a related business field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a fast-paced sales environment. Experience in the auto spares industry is a significant advantage.

Geographical Knowledge: Strong familiarity with the Nairobi business landscape and its key automotive hubs.
