This position bridges high-level brand positioning with robust partner management; you will guide our commercial operations from nationwide channel negotiations and digital marketing campaigns through to team performance reviews and sales forecasting. Areas of Accountability
Commercial Strategy & Distribution Expansion

Formulate and execute sophisticated sales frameworks aimed at capturing maximum market share and achieving long-term revenue targets.

Identify, evaluate, and establish high-yield partnerships, wholesale distributor networks, and retail expansion channels.

Analyze shifting consumer behaviors, emerging industry trends, and competitor movements to protect and grow our market footprint.

Oversee key account management frameworks, designing tailored retention strategies for major retail chains, beauty hubs, and corporate merchants.
Team Leadership & Performance Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire the field sales team to consistently meet and exceed their individual and collective volume quotas.

Establish clear key performance indicators (KPIs), deliver continuous field coaching, and execute structured monthly performance assessments.

Foster a competitive, customer-centric, and high-performance workplace culture driven by commercial excellence.

Identify skills gaps within the team and orchestrate professional development and product training workshops.
Brand Acceleration & Digital Integration

Collaborate with internal marketing divisions to design and deploy high-impact product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand activations.

Champion uniform brand positioning and messaging across all retail counters, wholesale points, and corporate accounts.

Channel Compliance, Forecasting & Analytics

Build, insulate, and manage strong commercial relationships with key distributors, independent salon owners, and corporate buyers.

Negotiate profitable distributor agreements, pricing structures, and credit terms aligned with corporate risk parameters.

Prepare data-driven sales forecasts, annual department budgets, and thorough performance scorecards for executive review.

Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Academic Foundation: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a complementary commercial discipline from a recognized university.

Professional Longevity: Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with an explicit preference for leaders coming from the beauty, cosmetics, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sectors.
