Role Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated, numbers-driven Sales Manager to guide our sales footprint and lead our frontline commercial teams to success. Your primary focus will be to maximize regional revenue growth by driving daily sales volumes, optimizing retail outlet performances, and expanding corporate dealer distribution tracks. This position bridges high-level channel management with direct, on-the-floor team coaching; you will oversee individual sales pipelines, manage relationships with key retail accounts, and turn consumer insights into actionable market strategies. The role demands an energetic, target-focused leader who understands consumer electronics, ICT, or appliance markets and thrives on turning ambitious sales quotas into consistent wins.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial Leadership & Team Optimization

  • Provide strategic direction and daily motivation to the sales force, tracking performance metrics to ensure team goals are met.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and coaching workshops to sharpen the team's sales closing, product pitch, and negotiation skills.
  • Manage individual sales quotas, identify performance drops early, and design targeted incentive plans to keep the team highly driven.
  • Run daily morning huddles to align field teams on target allocations, product promotions, and territory coverage models.

Dealer Network & Modern Trade Expansion

  • Build, nurture, and grow a reliable network of independent retail outlets, specialized sub-dealers, and electronic distributors.
  • Pitch the commercial advantages of our product lines, trade margins, and bulk purchase promotions to key account procurement heads.
  • Monitor on-shelf stock levels and brand visibility markers inside modern trade stores, correcting presentation faults immediately.
  • Mediate and resolve merchant payment issues, contract negotiations, and stock fulfillment delays quickly to maintain strong ties.

Market Monitoring & Activity Analysis

  • Track target vs. actual sales metrics continuously, producing daily, weekly, and monthly performance logs for executive evaluation.
  • Analyze local consumer purchasing patterns, competitor pricing adjustments, and new electronic item launches to protect market share.
  • Utilize automated sales CRM platforms and Microsoft Office tools to maintain clear, up-to-date client databases and revenue forecasts.
  • Partner with the supply chain team to forecast inventory demands, ensuring popular electronics or appliances are always in stock.

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely matching commercial field from an accredited institution.
  • Professional Longevity: Minimum of 3 years of progressive, hands-on experience in a commercial sales environment, with at least 2 years explicitly operating in a leadership, supervisor, or manager capacity.
  • Sector Background: Proven track record selling consumer electronics, household appliances, mobile smartphones, ICT solutions, or related high-turnover retail goods.
  • Digital Literacy: High proficiency utilizing Microsoft Excel, Word, and specialized sales tracking or inventory reporting applications.

Tactical Attributes

  • Strategic Persuasion: Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills to close high-value wholesale or corporate deals.
  • Target Resilience: A strong history of meeting or exceeding aggressive commercial revenue benchmarks under minimal supervision.
  • Channel Savvy: Experience establishing, supervising, and scaling complex sub-dealer setups or major retail store relationships is a distinct advantage.
