Role Overview
This position places you at the center of a real estate consultancy's sales operation in Mombasa, where you'll turn inquiries into committed land buyers. Day to day, you'll respond to leads across phone, email, and social channels, keep deal records current, and schedule property visits along the coast. Your organisation and follow-through ensure a smooth journey from first contact to plot reservation, which directly boosts the company's sales conversion and market credibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote off-plan land projects through structured digital campaigns, outbound calls, and targeted outreach to investors and homebuyers.
- Respond to all buyer queries quickly and professionally, providing accurate information on plot pricing, payment schedules, and legal requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date lead records in the CRM, tracking every interaction and sales stage to support accurate forecasting and follow-up planning.
- Coordinate and lead site visits across Mombasa Island and surrounding coastal regions, walking clients through plot boundaries, infrastructure progress, and title processes.
- Support buyers through reservation, agreement, and payment milestones, liaising with legal and finance teams to keep each transaction moving.
- Assist with property expos, ground activations, and promotional events designed to attract new buyers and strengthen brand presence.
- Monitor local land pricing, market shifts, and competitor campaigns, feeding insights back to the sales and marketing manager.
- Prepare regular lead logs, conversion summaries, and site tour reports for management review.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Land Surveying, or a related discipline.
- 2–3 years of practical experience in real estate sales, property administration, land marketing, or surveying operations.
- Familiarity with land surveying concepts or off-plan property sales is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and hands-on use of CRM software.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Mombasa Island and nearby coastal areas for client property tours.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and phone communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven ability to manage high inquiry volumes, prioritise tasks, and stay accurate under sales targets.
- Honest, dependable, and presentable, with a professional work ethic and self-driven approach.
