BAIC is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join its automotive sales team in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting vehicles, generating new business opportunities, managing customer relationships, and achieving monthly sales targets. Candidates with automotive sales experience and Arabic language skills will be highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell vehicles to new and existing customers.
• Generate leads and develop new customer relationships.
• Manage customer inquiries and provide professional product information.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct sales presentations and support customers throughout the buying process.
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow company sales procedures.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in sales, preferably within the automotive industry.
• Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
