Key Responsibilities
- Activation Outreach & Rep Engagement Contact every
- Retention & Re-Activation Sprints Execute Retention Sprints using data provided by the Revenue Analyst (e.g., stalled reps, at-risk reps).
- Recognition & High-Morale Touchpoints
- Objection Handling & Success Enablement Respond to rep concerns
- Skills: Effective communication Strong organization Follow-up discipline Objection handling CRM proficiency Constant proactivity Strategic persuasion High energy Accountability mindset Results-driven attitude
