Mission Profile
We are seeking three highly organized Sales Coordinators to act as the operational backbone of our sales department. This role is designed to synchronize team activities, track performance metrics, and ensure seamless communication between field staff and management. You will be instrumental in managing the sales pipeline, resolving customer inquiries, and providing the data-driven insights necessary to hit aggressive revenue targets. The ideal candidate is a multitasking expert who can handle complex logistics while maintaining high standards of accuracy and professional customer service.
Core Work Functions
Operational Workflow & Performance Monitoring

Facilitate the planning and execution of sales activities to ensure the department meets its core objectives.

Monitor real-time sales performance and generate high-level analytical reports for executive review.

Identify growth opportunities through trend analysis and provide recommendations for process optimization.

Assist in the implementation of upselling and cross-selling strategies to enhance revenue per client.
Team Alignment & Internal Liaison

Oversee the daily schedules of the sales force, ensuring optimal coverage and task allocation.

Serve as the primary communication bridge between the sales team and senior management.

Support the integration of new staff by coordinating onboarding programs and training on internal sales tools.

Maintain organized documentation, ensuring all sales records are accurate and accessible.
Client Success & Market Support

Provide backend support for customer inquiries, ensuring rapid resolution and high satisfaction rates.

Foster long-term client loyalty by assisting the field team in delivering a superior customer experience.

Coordinate the logistical requirements for sales campaigns, promotional events, and marketing initiatives.

Develop a deep understanding of the product portfolio to support the team in communicating value propositions effectively.
Qualifications & Experience
Professional Background

Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years of progressive experience in a sales coordination, administrative support, or operations role.

Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the wider Office Suite; experience with CRM systems is a significant advantage.
