Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and skill needs
• Maintain candidate databases and ensure timely communication with applicants

• Track recruitment metrics and support HR in workforce planning
Requirements:
• Minimum 5–10 years of recruitment experience in the UAE
