Role Overview
We are recruiting two Project Managers to oversee the delivery of complex telecommunications and ICT infrastructure projects, from initial planning through completion. You will align teams, contractors and suppliers around project goals, keeping delivery on schedule and within agreed scope and budget while managing risks and protecting quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage projects across their full lifecycle, tracking milestones, costs, scope and deliverables.
- Coordinate internal teams, clients, contractors and vendors to support timely decisions and effective execution.
- Assign and monitor project resources, including team capacity and technical workstreams.
- Identify delivery risks, assess their potential impact and put practical mitigation measures in place.
- Monitor work against quality expectations and address issues that could affect project outcomes.
- Maintain oversight of progress and resolve delivery challenges in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, ICT or a related discipline, earned from a university recognised in Kenya.
- At least 10 years of general work experience in the telecommunications or ICT sector.
- At least 7 years of specific experience delivering a minimum of three projects of comparable nature and complexity.
- Relevant professional project management certification, such as PMP, PRINCE2 or an equivalent credential.
