Role Overview
This role is responsible for installing and maintaining electrical systems and power distribution infrastructure across project sites. By carrying out reliable, standards-compliant work and resolving faults promptly, the electrical professional helps keep site operations safe and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and carry out electrical installations, power distribution work, and related infrastructure setup.
- Inspect electrical systems and equipment regularly to identify wear, faults, or safety concerns.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot power-system issues to support dependable operation.
- Follow applicable electrical regulations, engineering codes, safety standards, and project-specific requirements.
- Coordinate power needs and installation activities with project managers, site engineers, and technical teams.
- Align electrical work with project schedules and communicate technical issues that could affect progress.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or a related discipline.
- At least three years of experience in electrical installation work.
- Recognized professional certification in electrical installation, or equivalent credentials such as EPRA or ERC licensing.
