We are seeking a highly organized, systematic Real Estate Sales Coordinator to synchronize our property sales operations and elevate team performance. Your primary mandate is to anchor our daily sales pipeline, ensuring smooth administration from initial buyer inquiries through to final contract execution. This position bridges operational management with client relationship tracking; you will supervise the sales team's daily routines, maintain data integrity within our CRM systems, and eliminate administrative friction during high-value property closures. Core Competencies
Sales Workflow Coordination & Tracking

Oversee day-to-day property sales tracks and provide real-time operational support to enable agents to hit quarterly goals.

Monitor incoming leads, trace sales pipelines, and audit agent follow-up schedules to maximize lead conversion rates.

Supervise the prompt generation, indexing, and vetting of legal offer letters, sales contracts, and property transfer documentation.
Team Supervision & Operational Alignment

Organize sales alignment meetings, structure internal property training modules, and manage the onboarding process for incoming sales staff.
Client Experience & CRM Administration

Enforce corporate standards for prompt customer response times regarding structural inquiries and project designs.

Schedule and log client site visits, coordinate formal property viewings, and maintain pristine profile data within the central CRM platform.
Analytical Reporting & Market Support

Compile and draft weekly sales velocity updates, revenue summaries, and monthly agent scorecard evaluations for executive review.

Evaluate shifting market demands and competitor pricing strategies to provide actionable volume insights to leadership.

Drive cross-departmental coordination between marketing, finance, and legal teams to ensure marketing campaigns align with inventory availability.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Real Estate, or a related commercial discipline.

Professional Track Record: Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in sales coordination, real estate administrative support, or portfolio tracking.

Leadership Practice: Proven experience directly supervising, scheduling, or coordinating the daily field tasks of a corporate sales team.

Technical Mastery: High proficiency using Microsoft Office software (particularly Excel) and modern CRM database applications.
