Job Description
Job Title: Quality Assurance Officer
Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring implementation of Commission for University Education (CUE) standards and guidelines
- Coordination of programme accreditation and re-accreditation processes
- Monitoring implementation of Quality Management System and ISO standards
- Coordination of internal and external audits
- Coordination of performance contracting, institutional effectiveness, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Capacity building and sensitization of staff on quality assurance processes
Qualifications and Skills
Education
A Bachelor's degree in Science, Education, Statistics, Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, Strategic Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Skills
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, monitoring and evaluation frameworks, computer applications, and data management systems
Experience
At least two (2) years of relevant experience in quality assurance, institutional planning, accreditation, monitoring and evaluation, or higher education administration.
Certification
Certified Quality Professional certification.
