- Create and maintain clear, practical documentation for all in-house applications, ensuring that knowledge is accessible to support staff and future developers.
- Perform structured quality assurance testing on new and modified business application modules before they are released to the wider organisation.
- Coordinate user acceptance testing with business process teams, ensuring that software changes meet real-world needs and are approved before go-live.
- Develop and support system integration interfaces, enabling smooth data exchange between internal applications and external platforms.
- Collaborate closely with infrastructure specialists and database administrators to implement reliable backup and recovery routines that safeguard business-critical data and applications.
- Monitor application availability, respond promptly to service interruptions, and restore functionality as quickly as possible to maintain continuous operation.

- Ability to troubleshoot effectively, work independently, and take proactive ownership of tasks in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently across a broad range of technical and non-technical professionals.
- A customer-focused mindset, keen attention to detail, and a results-driven approach to delivering high-quality outcomes.
