Position Title: Property Sales Consultant

Role Purpose

We are seeking a sophisticated Property Sales Consultant to lead our client advisory and sales efforts within the competitive Westlands real estate market. This is a high-level consultative role designed for an individual who can bridge the gap between real estate assets and investor goals. You will act as a trusted advisor, assessing client financial capacities and delivering tailored property solutions across residential and commercial sectors. The successful candidate will combine aggressive lead generation with meticulous market analysis to ensure our clients secure the best possible investment outcomes.

Functional Responsibilities

Strategic Advisory & Market Intelligence

  • Conduct deep-dive market research on property trends, pricing fluctuations, and emerging investment opportunities.

  • Assess client financial needs and investment objectives to provide data-driven property recommendations.

  • Advise stakeholders on current market conditions, local developments, and the regulatory landscape.

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of property investment principles to guide clients through complex acquisition strategies.

Sales Execution & Portfolio Growth

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from initial lead generation and prospecting to final deal closure.

  • Schedule and lead professional property site visits, effectively presenting key features and investment benefits.

  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms to ensure favorable outcomes while maintaining organizational profitability.

  • Meet and exceed set sales targets through proactive follow-ups and high-conversion networking.

Relationship Management & Compliance

  • Build and sustain long-term client relationships to foster repeat business and organic referrals.

  • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date client database using advanced CRM tools.

  • Coordinate with developers, legal experts, and finance teams to ensure smooth transaction flows.

  • Review all property documentation and agreements to ensure 100% compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Professional Requirements

Background & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

  • Professional Tenure: Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in real estate sales, investment advisory, or a high-level consultative role.

  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems and modern property management software.

  • Market Knowledge: Exceptional understanding of the Nairobi property market and investment dynamics.
