We are seeking a commercially astute, operationally sound Property Manager to anchor the daily performance and asset value of our premier real estate listings. Your primary objective is to manage day-to-day property operations, ensuring ultimate tenant retention, asset maintenance, and optimized cost control. This position bridges high-touch tenant relations with analytical asset protection; you will steer properties through complete administrative lifecycles including lease onboarding, statutory compliance, and complex service charge reconciliations. The role demands an organized professional who understands the mechanics of real estate operations and can seamlessly maximize occupancy rates through proactive market engagement.
Areas of Accountability
Property Operations & Quality Safeguards

Oversee day-to-day operational schedules, facility security protocols, and structural preventive maintenance plans across assigned sites.

Coordinate external contractors, technicians, and facility service providers to guarantee high-quality, cost-effective repair works.

Conduct systematic physical property inspections and compile detailed structural health reports for executive review.
Customer Care & Lease Administration

Manage the complete end-to-end tenant lifecycle, including detailed moving-in inspections, lease sign-offs, and timely contract renewals.

Resolve tenant inquiries, service requests, and utility complaints promptly to maintain elevated community satisfaction metrics.

Cultivate stable, productive communication lines with property landlords, residents, and local community stakeholders.
Fiscal Oversight & Asset Reporting

Formulate, monitor, and balance comprehensive operational property budgets, keeping a strict eye on cost control.

Administer, allocate, and reconcile complex monthly service charge accounts with total accuracy.

Track monthly rent collections, manage aging arrears channels, and draft detailed financial updates for property owners.
Occupancy Expansion & Compliance Tracking

Drive building occupancy growth by designing local marketing campaigns and converting inbound tenant inquiries into active leases.

Spot emerging market opportunities and acquire fresh property management leads to expand our commercial portfolio.

Maintain organized digital and physical archives of tenant agreements, local statutory licenses, and property insurance policies.
Skills & Experience Required
Minimum Entry Criteria

Academic Foundation: Degree or Diploma in Real Estate, Property Management, Business Administration, or a matching corporate discipline.

Proven Experience: Minimum of 4–5 years of progressive, hands-on experience in real estate property management.

Core Exposures: Documented success managing service charge structures, tenant disputes, marketing initiatives, and structured landlord communications.

Technology Toolkit: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; practical familiarity with specialized real estate management software is a strong advantage.
