Land Surveyor

Al Barary Aluminium & Glass LLC is urgently seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to join its Dubai team. This opportunity is ideal for professionals with hands-on experience in façade, aluminium, and glass projects who possess strong technical surveying skills and are familiar with modern surveying equipment.

The selected candidate will be responsible for conducting accurate site surveys, preparing measurements, interpreting technical drawings, and supporting project teams throughout construction activities. Candidates with UAE or GCC experience and immediate availability will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct land, building, and façade surveys with precision.

• Perform site measurements, coordinate setting-out, and as-built surveys.

• Operate Total Station, GPS, laser measuring equipment, and other surveying instruments.

• Interpret architectural, structural, and façade drawings for project execution.

• Record survey data accurately and prepare survey documentation.

• Coordinate with project engineers and site teams to ensure accurate measurements.

• Maintain compliance with project specifications and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics, or a related field.

• 3–5 years of relevant surveying experience.

• Mandatory experience in the Façade, Aluminium, and Glass industry.

• Strong experience conducting building and façade surveys.

• Proficiency in Total Station, GPS, laser measuring equipment, and surveying tools.

• Ability to read architectural, structural, and façade drawings.

• Knowledge of AutoCAD and survey-related software.

• Good understanding of site measurements, levels, coordinates, and as-built surveys.

• UAE/GCC experience is preferred.

• Immediate joiners will be preferred.
