Role Overview

Our client, through Brites Management, is seeking a dynamic and polished Perfume Sales Supervisor to lead their retail team. This role is designed for a fragrance expert with strong leadership capabilities who can drive a team to surpass aggressive sales targets while maintaining the high aesthetic standards of a luxury brand. You will be responsible for staff coaching, inventory oversight, and ensuring a personalized, high-end customer experience. The ideal candidate will lead by example, combining their deep knowledge of fragrance notes with superior closing techniques to build a loyal customer base.

Core Work Functions

Sales Leadership & Strategic Growth

  • Drive the retail team to meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets.

  • Monitor individual performance and implement accountability measures to ensure results.

  • Promote advanced upselling and cross-selling strategies to maximize the average transaction value.

  • Implement in-store promotions and marketing campaigns, including organized product sampling and engagement activities.

Team Supervision & Talent Development

  • Coordinate staff schedules and supervise daily floor activities for maximum efficiency.

  • Conduct regular training sessions and coaching on product knowledge, fragrance notes, and luxury sales techniques.

  • Motivate staff through consistent briefings and constructive performance feedback.

  • Lead by example through exceptional personal sales performance and a well-groomed, professional appearance.

Operational & Inventory Stewardship

  • Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely replenishment of fast-moving products.

  • Oversee attractive and organized product merchandising and displays that align with brand standards.

  • Conduct regular stock audits and report any discrepancies to management.

  • Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

Customer Experience & Reporting

  • Deliver personalized, expert-level customer service to foster repeat business and brand loyalty.

  • Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professional diplomacy.

  • Analyze sales trends and KPIs to identify opportunities for operational improvement.

  • Prepare and submit comprehensive performance reports to the management team.

Experience & Background

  • Education: Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • Specialized Experience: Proven track record in the sales of perfumes, cosmetics, or high-end beauty products.

  • Leadership: Prior experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity is an added advantage.

Key Competencies

  • Communication: Exceptional persuasion skills and the ability to articulate complex fragrance profiles clearly.

  • Target-Oriented: A consistent history of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.

  • Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage staff, inventory, and reporting simultaneously.
