Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Account Manager to join our logistics team. In this role, you will manage client relationships, drive business growth, and ensure the smooth delivery of freight and logistics services. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, achieving sales targets, and coordinating with operations to exceed customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Coordinate with operations to facilitate smooth freight and logistics services.
- Maintain accurate customer records, quotations, payment tracking, and shipment updates.
- Monitor outstanding payments and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports.
- Participate in marketing initiatives, industry events, and competitor analysis to promote company services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while consistently acquiring new customers.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
- Knowledge of the logistics industry is a plus.
