L3 Windows Administrator

VPS Elite Human Resources Consultancies LLC is seeking an experienced L3 Windows Administrator to join its client’s IT team in Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled IT professional with extensive experience managing enterprise Windows environments and delivering advanced infrastructure support.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Windows Server administration, Active Directory, virtualization technologies, and enterprise Microsoft solutions. The role requires exceptional troubleshooting abilities, automation skills, and experience handling complex Level 3 incidents in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments.

• Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking services.

• Perform advanced troubleshooting and resolve complex Level 3 incidents.

• Support virtualization platforms, backup systems, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks.

• Monitor server performance and ensure high availability, security, and system reliability.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in Windows Server Administration.

• Strong expertise in Windows Server 2016, 2019, and 2022.

• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy.

• Experience with DNS, DHCP, IIS, and Windows networking.

• Experience working with Microsoft technologies in enterprise environments.

• Hands-on experience with VMware and/or Hyper-V virtualization.

• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting and automation.

• Experience with monitoring, backup, and disaster recovery solutions.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience in L3 incident and problem management.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows Server administration and enterprise infrastructure

• Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and IIS

• VMware/Hyper-V virtualization, PowerShell, and disaster recovery
