Minimum Requirements (Likely)

  • Project Officers: Implement community programs, conduct advocacy, and support human rights initiatives across counties.

  • Human Resource Manager: Oversee HR policies, staff welfare, and organizational development.

  • Grants & Compliance Manager: Manage donor relations, ensure compliance with funding requirements, and oversee reporting.
