Business Development Executive

DD Group, a leading Dubai-based renovation and construction company, is looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join its growing team. The ideal candidate will have previous UAE construction business development experience and a strong understanding of commercial construction and fit-out projects.

This role focuses on generating new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and expanding the company’s presence across the commercial construction sector. Candidates with experience in hospitality, retail, hotels, and shop fit-out projects are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate new outbound business opportunities and identify qualified commercial leads.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and industry partners.

• Promote the company’s commercial construction and fit-out services.

• Identify new projects within the hospitality, retail, hotel, and commercial sectors.

• Conduct networking activities to expand business opportunities.

• Work closely with internal teams to support business growth and achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

• Previous UAE construction business development experience.

• Experience in commercial construction and fit-out projects.

• Exposure to hotel, hospitality, retail, and shop fit-out projects.

• Strong prospecting, networking, and lead generation skills.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Target-driven with a strong commercial mindset.
