Job responsibilities:
- Identify and recruit potential KiliShop partners.
- Conduct field visits and assess business suitability.
- Present the KiliShop partnership model and onboard partners.
- Train new KiliShops on operational procedures.
- Monitor partner performance and compliance.
- Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
- Prepare weekly and monthly development reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
- Experience in sales, business development, retail partnerships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently in the field.
