Job Description

Job responsibilities:

  • Identify and recruit potential KiliShop partners.
  • Conduct field visits and assess business suitability.
  • Present the KiliShop partnership model and onboard partners.
  • Train new KiliShops on operational procedures.
  • Monitor partner performance and compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly development reports.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics or related field.
  • Experience in sales, business development, retail partnerships.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the field.
