Applicants should:
Hold relevant academic qualifications (Bachelor’s or Master’s in Engineering, Law, HR, Finance, or related fields).
Have prior experience in sports facility management, engineering, HR administration, auditing, or legal services depending on the role.
Demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
Be familiar with public service frameworks, risk assurance, and compliance standards under the Sports Act (2013).
Show professionalism, integrity, and alignment with Sports Kenya’s mission of managing national sporting facilities and promoting grassroots to national sporting activities.
Roleโspecific expectations:
Deputy Directors: Provide strategic leadership in audit, facilities, and HR functions.
Senior Engineer – Structural (Civil): Oversee design, construction, and maintenance of sports infrastructure.
Engineer II – Electrical: Handle electrical systems, safety, and facility operations.
Legal Officer II: Provide legal advisory, manage compliance, and support governance frameworks.
