Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance for desktops, laptops, and related hardware.

• Diagnose and resolve software, operating system, and application-related issues.

• Support network connectivity and assist in maintaining stable IT infrastructure.

• Respond to user support requests in a timely and professional manner.

• Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and software applications.

• Monitor and troubleshoot technical problems to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.

• Document technical issues, resolutions, and support activities accurately.

• Deliver excellent customer service while assisting end-users with technical concerns.
