Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field
- Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management
- Must possess a valid practicing certificate from IHRM

- Good leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High integrity, good conduct, and with a positive attitude towards work, clients, and staff.
- Problem-solving skills
- Guidance and counselling skills
Technical Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of Kenyan employment labor laws and practices.
- Good computer skills, particularly in the use of Human Resources Information Systems and hands-on experience with MS Suite-Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Highly organized, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities.
- Demonstrated coaching skills, with an ability to inspire, influence, and motivate teams.
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and delicately solve sensitive matters.
- Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders in potentially strenuous situations.
- Good judgment and decision-making capacity.
