Job Overview

  • RFH Healthcare is seeking to recruit a qualified, competent, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection processes
  • Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, contracts, leave)
  • Assist in payroll preparation and benefits administration
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies
  • Manage employee relations and disciplinary processes
  • Coordinate staff training and development programs Prepare HR reports and documentation

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
  • CHRP certification or in progress
  • 2-3 years' similar role (Hospital)
  • Knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
