Human Resources Business Partner
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR professional to partner with business leaders and drive organizational success. Job Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to drive organizational design, HR strategy, and change management.
- Lead talent and performance management to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.
- Oversee HR operations, including payroll, policy development, and statutory compliance.
- Drive organizational effectiveness through HR projects, process improvement, and performance measurement.
Requirements
- A diploma or bachelor's degree in Human Resources from a recognized institution.
- 3 years' experience in the micro financial industry is desirable.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven track record of success in ambiguous and complex environments.
