A well-established healthcare provider in Dubai is currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Nurse – ICU to lead and manage intensive care unit operations. This position is ideal for nursing professionals who possess strong leadership qualities, advanced clinical expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient care in critical environments.
The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing ICU nursing teams, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, and maintaining high levels of patient safety and care quality.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and supervise ICU nursing staff, ensuring efficient workflow and team coordination
• Deliver high standards of patient care by implementing best clinical practices
