This role combines day-to-day accounting execution with strong financial control, reporting, compliance, and system improvement. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and building scalable finance processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end accounting operations
- Prepare monthly management accounts and cash flow reports
- Manage cash flows, budgets, and expenditure controls
- Perform reconciliations and ensure accurate financial records
- Prepare and file statutory returns on iTax
- Coordinate audits and maintain audit-ready documentation
- Supervise the Accounts Clerk
- Improve finance systems, controls, and reporting processes
Requirements
- ACCA or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 2 years in a senior role
- Strong hands-on experience with management accounts and compliance
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
