Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full management accounting across all businesses, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts, budgets, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis using QuickBooks, providing clear insights to support decision-making.
  • Drive cost control and efficiency across all business units by identifying wastage, inefficiencies, and opportunities for cost reduction without compromising quality or service.
  • Provide operational and financial oversight by working closely with departmental heads to monitor performance and ensure accountability against budgets.
  • Ensure proper financial separation and reporting between business units, including inter-company transactions and revenue tracking across all entities.
  • Support strategic decision-making by advising management on pricing, investment priorities, resource allocation, and overall business performance improvement.
  • Strengthen internal controls, financial discipline, and compliance across all operations to support sustainable growth and scalability.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to improve procurement, stock management, payroll efficiency, and overall cost structures.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
  • Working experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software.
  • Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and operational data for decision-making.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to link finance to operational performance and efficiency.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-business environment with diverse operational needs.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to influence decisions across teams.
