Job Title: Field Sales Representative

Our client is looking to hire a Field Sales Representative to drive sales in the Coast region (Diani & Mombasa). The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, promote and sell products, and build strong relationships with customers while meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell products to existing and potential clients.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Achieve monthly sales targets consistently.
Conduct product demonstrations to clients when required.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
Prepare and submit accurate sales reports on a regular basis.
Diploma or Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–3 years’ field sales experience; experience in hardware or construction is an added advantage.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self‑driven, target‑oriented, with a proactive attitude.
Knowledge of Diani and surrounding areas is an added advantage.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently within the region.
