Position Context

We are seeking four high-energy, network-driven Field Sales Marketers to scale our client portfolio across the clinical, research, and scientific distribution sectors. Your primary objective is to drive regional footprint growth, engaging procurement managers across hospitals, universities, diagnostic laboratories, and pharmaceutical companies to secure long-term purchase agreements. This position bridges high-volume direct client engagement with strategic account cultivation; you will manage the complete lifecycle from mapping out field routing networks and delivering technical equipment demonstrations to finalizing volume supply contracts. The role calls for an aggressive, self-directed professional who can confidently navigate medical procurement spaces and turn technical product benefits into distinct commercial solutions.

Operational Functions

Strategic Prospecting & Network Growth

  • Identify and capture fresh revenue streams within the healthcare, laboratory diagnostics, pharmaceutical production, and academic research landscapes.
  • Execute daily field canvassing schedules across clinical networks, university labs, and private diagnostic facilities to uncover purchase opportunities.
  • Deliver persuasive product trials, equipment demonstrations, and customized solution presentations to laboratory technicians and hospital management boards.
  • Achieve and consistently surpass structured monthly and quarterly revenue milestones and lead acquisition counts.

Enterprise Account Nurturing

  • Build and maintain deep working relationships with key medical personnel, private facility directors, and corporate procurement agents.
  • Run methodical follow-up tracks on active supply quotes, equipment tenders, and open commercial proposals to maximize conversion rates.
  • Identify additional clinical needs beyond current customer orders, introducing auxiliary diagnostic kits, maintenance plans, or tool updates.
  • Resolve customer service bottlenecks quickly, coordinating with logistics staff to ensure accurate, on-time machinery installations.

Field Intelligence & Territory Oversight

  • Log precise entries covering prospective customer details, completed visits, and active contract stages within the company's reporting suite.
  • Monitor competitor price structures, distributor discount plans, and emerging laboratory technology standards to feed insights to leadership.
  • Coordinate and manage active presence at medical conferences, laboratory exhibitions, and community wellness events to boost brand equity.
  • Compile and deliver structured daily, weekly, and monthly activity summaries outlining field pipeline value and trade constraints.

Minimum Entry Criteria

  • Academic Foundation: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Laboratory Science, or a matching scientific field.
  • Commercial Longevity: Minimum of 2 years of progressive, verified experience handling field sales, medical B2B marketing, pharmaceutical sales, or scientific instrument distribution.
  • Sector Familiarity: Prior experience pitching to and dealing directly with laboratories, hospital boards, medical research hubs, universities, or healthcare NGOs is highly advantageous.
  • Target Focus: Proven history of operating within high-pressure, metric-driven business ecosystems with a track record of meeting unit targets.
