Safco International is seeking a results-driven Export Sales Professional to join its Export Division in the UAE. This role is designed for a dynamic professional with experience in export sales and international trade, particularly within the FMCG sector, who is passionate about driving global business growth. The selected candidate will lead export sales initiatives, develop distributor networks, and strengthen channel partnerships to enhance the company’s presence in international markets.

The role involves strategic planning to drive brand positioning, managing client portfolios across regions, and coordinating cross-trade opportunities. Additionally, the Export Sales Professional will oversee order management, export documentation, and ensure compliance with trade regulations and international standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead export sales and business development efforts across international markets
• Build, maintain, and strengthen distributor networks and channel partnerships
• Develop strategies for long-term brand growth and market positioning
• Manage cross-trade opportunities and regional client portfolios
• Oversee order coordination, export documentation, and compliance with trade regulations
• Monitor international market trends and provide insights for strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• 3–5 years of experience in export sales or international trade; experience in FMCG and cross-trade is a plus
• Strong knowledge of export documentation, INCOTERMS, and global market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in Arabic, Russian, or French is an advantage
