Description:

Saeed Lootah Foundation is seeking an experienced Executive IT Support Specialist to provide dedicated technical support to the CEO across multiple designated locations in Dubai. This role is ideal for an IT professional who is proactive, service-oriented, and capable of ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure, communication systems, and audio-visual equipment.

The successful candidate will support executive meetings, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors when required. Applicants should demonstrate professionalism, discretion, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality executive IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.

• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365, networking, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Support audio-visual equipment and video conferencing platforms, including Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and Google Meet.

• Prepare meeting rooms and provide technical assistance during executive meetings.

• Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues.

• Provide on-site IT support across designated locations as required.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Proven experience in IT Support, Desktop Support, or Executive IT Support.

• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, networking, Wi-Fi, and AV systems.

• Experience supporting senior executives is an advantage.

• Valid UAE driving license is preferred.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.

• Professional, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining confidentiality.

• Strong knowledge of:

• Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365.

• Networking, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

• Audio-visual systems and video conferencing platforms.
