- Interpret customer requirements and advise on specific Isuzu part numbers, compatibility, technical specifications, and servicing schedules.
- Respond to client inquiries by phone, online, or face-to-face with accurate pricing, availability information, and delivery timelines.
- Identify opportunities to increase order value by recommending complementary accessories, lubricants, filters, and service kits.
- Nurture long-term relationships with workshop owners, mechanics, and corporate logistics teams to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Handle post-sale follow-ups, address product concerns, and support returns or exchanges according to distributor guidelines.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales orders, and daily field visit logs for management review.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market demand patterns for Isuzu components, then share feedback to help refine sales tactics and stock decisions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A diploma in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, or a related field is strongly preferred.
- At least 1–2 years of hands-on sales experience in the automotive spare parts or motor vehicle servicing industry.
- Proven working knowledge of Isuzu vehicle models, genuine parts catalogues, and servicing specifications is mandatory.
- Familiarity with digital inventory lookup systems or automotive sales management software is an added advantage.
- Solid understanding of vehicle mechanics, engine components, transmissions, and common wear-and-tear parts.
- Strong closing skills, persistence in field prospecting, and a self-motivated approach to achieving commission-based targets.
